The proceedings where officially over and our girl Reese is a certified single from this day on. Her ply for divorce is for their irreconcilable differences between her and ex-hubby Ryan Philippe. Since they broke-up their marriage, she got an on-off relationship with fellow actor Jake Gyllenhaal. Even if they had to settle the financial issues and child custody, I hope they remain the best of friends for the sake of their kids.

Known to her film franchise Legally Blonde, she broke off box-office records when she made $124 million out of this movie and $100 million for her movie Sweet Home Alabama. Bagging an Oscar and a Golden Globe, she's definitely one of the top-caliber actress of her generation. Added up to the fact that she's a sexy actress, she's also a hot mommy of her babies Ava Elizabeth and Deacon. This news is just in time for the release of her latest movie Rendition.

In that particular movie, she co-starred with rumored boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal and Omar Metwally. Aside from enjoying her single life, she's into movies again via Four Christmases set for the incoming 2008. It stars Vince Vaughn as they portray couple having a hard time visiting their divorced parents in Christmas time. One thing is clear, she's a free woman guys so expect more of her now that she's no strings attach to his husband.
